MyKPA is a secure online space that enables and empowers you to access information, download documents and request support relating to your KPA services. Here are some of the helpful features MyKPA offers.

Information at your fingertips

Are you studying for a KPA qualification? MyKPA provides quick and easy access to exam instructions and information about your qualification, helping you to feel secure and confident going into your exam. Simply log in, browse through your documents and open or download the file you need.

If you are a KPA-approved training centre, MyKPA acts as your digital guidance manual. You can find information and advice on delivery and quality assurance relating to the KPA qualifications and/or assessments you offer, helping you maintain the highest standards for your learners.

Secure document sharing

You can safely download and upload information documents and application forms for additional KPA services from your MyKPA account. Simply sign in to view and download existing files, or contact kpaenquiries@kaplan.co.uk to request new application forms or additional documents, which our team will add to your account.

Access to confidential results

The nail-biting wait to receive your exam results can feel like forever. With MyKPA, your results will be ready to view immediately as they become available. They are securely held in your password-protected account, where you will also find your downloadable e-certificate. All that’s left to do is celebrate.

Easy set-up process

Once you begin a dialogue with KPA, whether to study one of our qualifications or become a KPA-approved centre, we will open a MyKPA account for you. Here, we can share documents and manage your service provision. Once your new password lands in your inbox, your account is ready to access.
